The site www.greetingsfromhome.de is a microsite with an integrated video tool with a forwarding function. You can customize a greeting video and send it to friends online. To do so, enter a name, upload an image or video and send the created video to friends by e-mail or by copying the link.
You must be the author of the image/video or have the rights to use it for the purpose described in these terms of use. Objectionable or inappropriate content is not permitted.
The content of all pictures/videos must meet the following conditions:
- The participant must be the originator of the picture/video; i.e. in principle no pictures/videos from third parties may be used. This does not apply to pictures/videos released by the author. (e.g. Facebook)
- Forbidden:
• Images/videos that contain trademarks, logos or copyrighted material that is not owned by the participant or used without permission or that otherwise violate or infringe the rights of a third party
• Pornographic or sexual content;
• Hateful content of any kind (including racism, sexism, etc.)
• Content that advocates violence or harm against other living beings or contains any other offensive, obscene or inappropriate content
• Incitement of the people, incitement to crime or political material (assemblies, political symbols, demonstrations, etc.)
• Ruthless behaviour, stalking, threats, insults, harassment, violation of privacy or the disclosure of personal data of other persons;
• Defamatory, misrepresentative or derogatory remarks or other content that could adversely affect the name, reputation or goodwill of the organizer.
If pictures/videos are posted that violate these terms of use, they will be removed from the website immediately.

DDD uses the photo/video and data to create the greeting video. You grant the necessary rights for this. We transfer this data for one-time use to Impossible Software GmbH for the creation of a greeting video. The raw data for the creation of the greeting video will be deleted immediately after the creation of the personalized video. The personalized greeting video will be stored on a server for the duration of the campaign and is available for the user for direct retrieval. If we receive the information that the video needs to be deleted, we will do so as soon as possible.
